47degreenorth.com is very pleased to provide DPD (Direct Parcel Distribution) shipping services for most orders, with the exception of the exceptional event that DPD doesn't deliver to the address you supply us.
Regarding shipping within Austria, we also provide post delivery.

Signature prerequisite
For your personal safety, a signature is going to be needed at the time of delivery. Make sure you choose a shipping address where you'll be able to sign for the package once it gets there.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Regrettably, DPD doesn't ship to P.O. Boxes.
Order processing time
Placed orders are authorized and shipped as quickly as possible. In some instances, the carrier may hold off acceptance as a result of conditions beyond our own control. Should the carrier need further info in order to approve your order, we'll get in touch with you promptly via e-mail and/or phone, consequently when you place your order, make sure to supply an e-mail address which you check on a regular basis.
DPD deliveries usually aren't available on Saturdays or Sundays, as well as a number of holidays.
Order tracking
We provide real-time online order tracking in which you are able to view the actual status of your orders and shipping, along with links to track your parcel via DPD or DPD associate within your country.
Should you receive the wrong items
In the event that we make an error with your order, make sure you tell us straight away (within seven days of receiving the shipment) via our Contact form or by klicking the "Start communication"-button in your invoice, and we can make arrangements to send a replacement quickly.
Damaged in shipping
In case your shipment was damaged in transit, get in touch with us and we'll send you a replacement. Any product(s) returned must follow our Exchange/Return policy.
